Meet our Board of Directors

  • Tanya Moore, President

    Passionate servant leader with 25+ years’ experience in the social change arena, focused on organizational/change management, advocacy, and community organizing in the reproductive, housing, racial, and gender justice and equity space. Tanya currently is the Program and Grants Development Manager at Weld Seattle and the co-executive director at Be:Seattle Organizing. Tanya is a certified sexuality educator, certified peer counselor, and doula.

  • Rebekah Fonden, Secretary

    Rebekah Fonden is an anti- human trafficking consultant working with the private and public sector providing education, research and policy advocacy. She is also a survivor of human trafficking. She attended the University of Washington graduating with an undergraduate degree in Communication with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship from the Foster School of Business. She is currently pursuing her masters degree at the University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy and Governance in the 2025 cohort. She has worked for non-profit organizations including Seattle Against Slavery and Businesses Ending Slavery & Trafficking. She is a founding member of Wase Forward, a policy initiative providing policy advocacy, education.

  • Jenn Keller, Treasurer

    Jen Keller, CPA, is a Principal in Clark Nuber’s Accounting and Consulting Services Group.

    Jen focuses on federal grant compliance and serves not-for-profit clients in a variety of industries.

    She has over 17 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector and over 8 years of experience in accounting and grants management.

    A former Peace Corps volunteer in Niger, West Africa, Jen holds a Masters in International Human Rights from the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.

  • Kevin P. Henry, Board Member

    Kevin P. Henry has over 30 years of experience in the diversity, equity, inclusion, public relations, and broadcasting industries. He works for regional agencies, businesses, and nonprofits and delivers presentations on Leadership, Trauma-Informed Care, Public Relations, and Diversity, Equity, and inclusion.

    Kevin also created and managed the City of Bellevue Diversity Advantage program from 1994-2015. Other positions include working as the Red Cross of Hawaii Communications Manager and coordinating DEI training for Volunteers of America Western Washington and Sound Mental Health. As an independent journalist, Kevin writes for several publications, has produced public affairs interviews for KBCS-FM, 91.3, and hosts his podcast, All The Way Authentic.

    Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV/Film, and his academic background includes studies in Journalism and Sociology. He is a native of Los Angeles, CA.

  • Bryce Bahler, Board Member

    Bryce has nearly 20 years of non-profit experience across numerous roles including residential staff, case manager, therapist, manager, and director. As a clinical social worker his direct practice experience focuses on children, youth, and young adults with a specific focus on youth experiencing homelessness, sexual exploitation, and complex trauma. He currently serves as the Director of Learning for a Seattle-based pediatric behavioral health non-profit.

    Bryce holds a BA in applied psychology, a Master of Social Work in clinical social work, and a Master of Science in childhood studies. He is currently completing a doctorate of social work. He is licensed in the State of Washington as an LICSW. In addition to his full-time job and volunteering with OPS, he serves as an adjunct instructor of social work and a clinical practicum instructor for multiple universities.

    He is passionate about social justice, equity, trauma-informed care, and mentoring the next generation of therapists, social workers, and youth workers. He chose to volunteer for OPS due to his belief that men must be part of the solution to ending sexual exploitation and gender-based violence.

  • Dr. Susanna L. Southworth, Ph.D., J.D., Board Member

    Dr. Susanna Southworth is dedicated to ending human trafficking and child sexual exploitation. Through her law firm, Restore the Child, PLLC, she represents victims of abuse, online exploitation, child sex abuse material (CSAM), and sex trafficking. Susanna’s mission is for her clients to experience a new beginning, to a life free from the pain of past abuse, while receiving maximum recovery for their harm. Since obtaining her license in 2004 to practice law in Washington State, Susanna has advocated for vulnerable populations in several areas of the law, including, immigration (removal defense and U visas for victims of abuse), criminal (excluding sex offenses), and guardianships and estate planning. Further, she holds certifications in collaborative law and basic mediation training.

    Susanna serves survivors of child sex trafficking in her leadership as president of the Rotary Club of the Pacific Northwest Ending Sex Trafficking during the 2022-2023 Rotary year. In addition, she serves on the leadership boards for CHILD USA, CHILD USAdvocacy, Compassion Washington, and the Organization for Prostitution Survivors (OPS) to help survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. Prior to forming Restore the Child, PLLC, Susanna represented survivors in numerous lawsuits against websites and hotel brands for their facilitation of child sex trafficking, including the first case to not be defeated at the motion to dismiss stage and reach global resolution against a well-known website. She brings experience representing survivors of child sex abuse in high stakes litigation to Restore the Child with an unyielding commitment to protect the most vulnerable and fight for justice.

    Susanna has a heart for mentoring youth and a passion for education, which she invests in as a Lecturer for the Division of Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs for the School of Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Washington Tacoma. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science with Emphases in Comparative Politics and Public Administration Subfields from The University of Utah; a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas Law School; and, a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, European Studies Emphasis from The University of Colorado at Boulder.

    Susanna passionately believes that trafficking prevention education that is trauma-informed is key to ending child sexual exploitation. To this end, she has completed a Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies with the Trauma Research Foundation. Susanna has presented trainings to government and nonprofit entities across the country to educate on child sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation. Susanna strives to end child sexual exploitation through prevention education, empowering youth in higher education, and powerful but trauma-informed advocacy for her clients.

Join The Board

The OPS Board of Directors guides the organization and the Executive Director in her work to support survivors, advocate for policies, and provide outreach and education to the community. The Board of Directors provides support around budget, fundraising, human resources and developing connections throughout the community. The Board of Directors is a working board, and regularly participates alongside OPS staff in organizational decision-making.
