OPS offers a safe space to talk about that journey – no matter where you are at.

The Support We Offer

Everyone needs to feel understood, empowered, and appreciated. That is why we have created a wide range of services to help meet the needs of our community. On top of case management services, we work alongside survivors in the following areas:

•Community Meals•
•One-on-one support from an advocate•
•Chemical dependency counselling and recovery support•
•Housing resources and other community resources•
•Wraparound care and resources from OPS and our community partners•
•Healing through Art and Yoga•
•Leaderships opportunities that encourage peer engagement•
•Support groups such as our Survivor Group, Recovery Group and Sister Circle•

Our Drop-In hours are from 1-6pm, Tuesday through Thursday. However, we understand that many times our community may need assistance outside of our normal office hours. That is why we now provide a 24hr Helpline where you will have the ability to reach out to an advocate via call or text. That number is 206-853-6243. Also, appointments are available to meet with an advocate outside of our normal office hours. Please call or text to schedule.
